Data licence

Shikshan Nivesh is a brand of Borkar Nexus Private Limited (“we”, “us”). “The data” means the figures, tables, records and charts we publish on shikshannivesh.com and greeksoup.ai, including the files behind each page. This licence sits alongside our Terms of Service, which also apply.

You may use the data for free if you are using it for yourself: your own research, your own investing and your own learning. That includes:

• reading it, downloading a page's file, and putting the data in your own spreadsheets, screens, notebooks and models
• letting your own AI tools read it to help with your own research
• trading your own money on what you find
• quoting figures and showing charts in your own article, newsletter, video or post, with the credit below, as long as they sit inside your own analysis
• studying and teaching: students may use it, and teachers may share it with their class

Use is commercial when it is for anyone other than yourself. You need a written licence from us before you:

• use the data at work, for a fund, firm, adviser, research service or any other business, or to serve clients
• show the data to other people inside an app, website, dashboard, report, feed or service, paid or free
• power an AI assistant, agent or other AI product that answers other people using the data
• republish the data as tables, screens or files, or share, sell or offer it as a dataset, in whole or in a substantial part
• download the data in bulk, or train or fine-tune an AI model on it in bulk

If someone else benefits from your use, or you would claim it as a business expense, it is commercial. If you are unsure, write to info@shikshannivesh.com and ask. We may ask you to confirm how you use the data.

Search engines, AI answer engines and AI assistants are welcome to read our public pages, learn from them, quote them and link to them. When an AI system quotes the data, we ask that it links to the page the figure came from.

Your own analysis, charts, ratios, rankings, models and conclusions belong to you. You may share them, with the credit below, as long as they cannot be used to rebuild the data or take the place of getting it from us.

Wherever you show or quote the data, credit it as “Data by Shikshan Nivesh” with a link to the page the figure came from, or to shikshannivesh.com/data. The link lets your readers check the figure against its filing and tell us if something is wrong. Please do not remove the credit, change it, or suggest that we approve of your work, product or views.

• The filings themselves. Company filings and exchange records are public, and anyone may read them at the source. This licence covers our compiled and checked version of them.
• Data from other providers. Prices and options data on some pages come from the providers named on those pages, and stay under their terms.
• The GreekSoup desk software, which is open source under the MIT licence.

Insider trades, planned sales and Congress trades name real people, because the filings do. Please do not use the data to harass, target or profile any of them.

The data is for research. It is not investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Figures can be late, incomplete or wrong, so check the filing before you rely on one. The data is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, and our liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.

If you use the data in a way this licence does not allow, your right to use it ends, and you should stop using it and delete the copies you hold.

We may update this licence. The version on this page applies from its effective date. A commercial licence we have signed with you keeps its own terms.

This licence is governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, as in our Terms of Service.
